We'll be discussing the concept of economic liberty within the context of decisions by the U.S. Supreme Court. We'll be discussing economic, legal, and constitutional issues.
We'll begin with Lochner vs. New York, a decision in 1909 that remains highly controversial to this day. It involved the constitutionality of a New York law setting the maximum number of hours employees were permitted to work.

Jacob Hornberger is founder and president of The Future of Freedom Foundation. He was born and raised in Laredo, Texas, received his B.A. in economics from Virginia Military Institute, and his law degree from the University of Texas. He was a trial attorney for twelve years in Texas. He also was an adjunct professor at the University of Dallas, where he taught law and economics.

I wish I was a part of this seminar. I really like to gain information regarding law a lot. I have just started with the Bar Review Courses as well. My exam is next year and I really want to get through with it this time. It is going to be my second attempt and I really want to be successful this time.
